Delivery Time: Typically 4 to 7 working days.
Note: 1% exceptions may occur due to unforeseen delays such as natural calamities, vehicle breakdowns, etc.

🚆 Train Transport (Bulk Orders Only)

  • Charge: ₹1000 (up to 100 kg or more)
  • Delivery is made to your nearest railway station, from where the parcel must be collected.

✈️ Air Cargo (IndiGo Air Cargo – Urgent Orders)

  • Rate: ₹100 per kg
  • Delivery Time: Usually within 48 hours

🔄 Transit & Loss Policy

  • For retail orders, we bear 100% loss in case of transit damage or loss and offer a full refund.
  • For bulk orders, insurance must be arranged by the buyer at extra cost. We recommend insuring high-value shipments.

⏳ Customer Support for Delayed Delivery

  • Surface Shipping: Contact us only after 7 days from dispatch if the parcel has not been received.
  • Air Cargo: Contact us after 2 days from dispatch if the parcel has not arrived.
